Welcome to the vibrant hub of architectural brilliance; the Ekiti State Chapter of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA). Since its establishment in 2002, our chapter has been a beacon of innovation and excellence, guided by a legacy of visionary leadership.

Founded by trailblazers such as the late Arc. Ademola Oluwadiya, Chief (Arc) Olu Bamisaye, Prof (Arc) Olusegun Oriye, Arc Wale Adelowo (then Ondo State Chair), alongside esteemed supporters like Arc. Foluso Awe, Arc Prof. Ogunsote, Ayo Ajayi (then ASA President, FUTA), Arc. Kunle Ifesanya, and Arc. Anthony Peter our chapter embodies a spirit of forward-thinking creativity and unwavering dedication to the craft. The chapter has grown from a 5-member Chapter St its establishment to about 250 membership movements at present and it is continuously growing.

Home to renowned architects like the late Prof. E. A. Adeyemi, Late Arc. Fola Alade, Arc. (Sir) Dipo Ajayi, and Prof. J. A. Fadamiro, our chapter boasts a proud tradition of producing industry pioneers who have left an indelible mark on the profession.

Under the dynamic stewardship of our esteemed chairs, including the founding chair Late Arc. Ademola Oluwadiya, Arc. (Dr.) Kunle Ifesanya, Arc. Akinyemi Bamidele Oke, and the present Arc. Wale Ajayi, the Ekiti State Chapter continues to flourish, attracting members from diverse backgrounds and fostering a vibrant community of architectural talent.
